Hello everyone my name is Erron I am honored to be part of the Bigger Pockets Community and I am looking forward to being on this real estate journey which you and I wish everyone the best as we strive to reach our financial goals. Ok enough of the mushy stuff lets get down to business. I currently stay in a C- neighborhood where I own my house free and clear, however my fiancee and I are looking to move within the next 6 months. What will be some good strategies or suggestions to use to my advantages to help me get started on my real estate investing journey. Where should I go from here? Thanks for the help in Advance!!
