Hey Guys,

I was wondering what are some things that will be necessary to begin your own business within Real Estate Investing. For example, office supplies, phone line, etc.??

Cash, credit, properties to buy, knowledge of what's a good deal.

If you mean to start a wholesaling business, you need buyers and sellers. There are a number of threads in the Wholesaling forum about finding both of these.

Office supplies are truly about the least of your worries. I assume you have a phone, use that. There are a bunch of sticky threads about finding buyers. The harder part is to find a good deal. That's going to mean some sort of marketing - bandit signs (they're a reason they're called "bandit"), direct mail, door knocking, etc.
