Starting a management company...

So I was thinking about starting a Real estate management company to go along with my current rentals.. I have zero experience in this area other than managing my own rentals. I am open to any and all thoughts on this subject.. Are there any professional managers on the forum? If so can you fill me in on the in's and outs of the business.
