Does it make sense for a Newbie to try an Office Hack?

So here's the issue: My wife is going to be the manager of our LLC, but I don't like the idea of having our home address on file. It's a privacy and security issue. I was contemplating the purchase of a commercial building for an office. We would utilize the required SF to qualify for the loan, and rent the rest out to offset the cost of the office. Is this something a newbie should consider, or should we wait till we got a few deals under our belt?
