I JUST SET A STEEP PERSONAL GOAL!!

So guys,

I woke up on Saturday and ran 2 miles while listening to Bigger pockets podcast #301. My mind was completely bedazzled.

As a result I have come up with a 3 month personal goal. This personal goal may not make me any money but I sense it would build me relationships and in this game, I have found that relationships are all that matter.

My Personal Goal: Syndicate 4 deals in 3 months.

Course of action: Speak to people on and off bigger pockets and see if they're willing to do the deal with me.

I don't know if putting a deal up here is against the house rules. I'd really like to confirm this before going forward with talking about active deals openly.

Will be back. I AM SOOOOO PUMPED!!! Guys....

In 3 months I would have either failed miserably or won. I can't wait....

Yes this is kinda random but out of randomness has come the sweetest tunes in some cases. (Brandon analogy hahaha).
