My first potential deal
Hello everyone!
I’m Zach and I am a new real estate investor. I have a good friend of mine who is a broker and presented me a 5 unit property that is considered commercial in Hemet, CA for about 530K. The property already has tenants and the deal sounds pretty good but I have to double check the numbers. The issue is that I live in Los Angeles and the commute is about 2.5 hours. I’m not sure if I’m comfortable investing on a property that far. What is your take on this? Thanks!
