I have the opportunity to buy 4 rental properties
I have the opportunity to buy 4 rental properties, all of which have currently have renters. The property owner said he is grossing $3,600.00 per month between all 4 properties. This is my first venture into any type of property investment and would love some guidance on the matter. Thank you.
