How to get started in Real Estate business

I'm a college student in Nigeria and I want to go into Real Estate Investing. I have been educating my self on

the Real Estate business through various means which includes reading books, articles, listening to podcast and

asking necessary questions concerning the business. I discovered that Real Estate Investing in the U.S and other

countries is not the same thing as Real Estate investing in Nigeria. It seems to be more harder to get into the

business as a newbie in Nigeria because of the existing governmental and financial structures which create limitation

to new startups. For example, Mortgage loan interest rate in the U.S is around 2-7% meanwhile in Nigeria the least Mortgage

interest is 25%. I currently don't have any funds on ground to Invest, and I have been thinking how I would get into

the business after finishing my research and self education concerning the business. Please if anyone have any idea of

how I can go about it, I would greatly appreciate. Thanks
