Furnishing a House Hack

Andi James
Posted

Hi Everyone, first time posting here!

I bought a townhouse last year and started renting out the extra rooms. I furnished the house myself–which includes a dining table and chairs, couches and a tv with tv stand.  I'd like to buy another house this year while leaving the roomers in the old house. What did you do with the furnishings from the old house? Did you leave everything behind for the roomers and start fresh in your next house hack? I really love my couches and TV–but not sure if its right to take them with me. I was thinking of swapping out my nicer stuff with Ikea stuff for them. What are your thoughts and experiences? Thanks in advance!
