Is it worth it to invest in an expensive city? Im looking to house hack in Jersey City.

Hi @Orane Jacobs, just because the city is expensive does not mean there are no deals. Depending on your current situation and areas you are interested in living in there are still parts of Jersey City that are somewhat affordable. If you can find a deal in areas that are still transitioning such as West Side, Bergen Lafayette, and Greenville then you may have some success house hacking.
