How should I begin my real estate investing Journey?

Kyle Archuleta

Hello people,

My name is Kyle Archuleta, I am a 19 year old college student who is currently building my credit. I don't have much money saved up... about 2500$. I am beginning my journey into the life of a wealthy man, so I looked into the real estate, so over the many years in my future, my investments can grow.

I originally had a conversation with the bank about a first time home buyers program, about getting myself a three bedroom house, and renting out the other two rooms. However the more in-depth research I do, I find there might be better and more comparative options. (BUYING A MULTIFAMILY HOME IS OUT OF THE PICTURE AT THE MOMENT DUE TO A LACK OF CAPITAL)

The question I have for all of you is, would it be a better option to purchasing a Mobile home or two to start with (strategically placed etc... etc...) or would it be smarter to purchase a Camping trailer (approx cost: $5000-$7000) and rent it out on AIRBNB for approximately 25$ a night? (GIVE OR TAKE 10-15 BUCKS). Assuming I rent it out for this cheap (cheaper than everything else in my area) it should be used about 20 nights out of the month, which in turn would bring me an extra income of $500- $800 a month.

I sincerely appreciate all of your help,

Thank you
