Hi my name is Mason Hughes I’m 18 I’m a senior in high school, I live in Southwest Missouri, I’m homeschooled and I attend Crowder College and I’m majoring in Pre-Engineering. I’m looking to stay in college for another 4 years, but having a scheduled job is rough. Real estate would give me the time I need to get my school done while keeping a decent income. So I’ve done a Little bit of research for the past few years and I find it to be pretty interesting and could see myself doing Real Estate in the future. I have so many questions on what I could do to start off, I just don’t have someone I know and can talk to. First, I have a CD account in my bank with $2,000 in it with 2.5% interest. I have a loan against that CD for $2,000 with 4.65% I did this with respect to my fathers advice to build my credit. I’m wanting to know, can I flip my first house with no credit and no money? And what steps would need to be taken?
