Hello, Bigger Pockets. My name is Mairim Aguayo. I am mom of two kids 10, and 12 years old. I am a Registered Nurse, and I want to become a real estate investor. I am brand new to Bigger Pockets. I am listening to every single one of your podcast. Just want to let you know that I really like your "Quick tip" Jingles, and everything you guys sing. It sounds so awkward, but that is what makes it funny. Anyways, going back to starting in real estate investing. I have my own home for 5 years now. I remember I had to work a lot in order to get the money deposit, all do all the process with searching for the perfect home, and title search, and other things. Now, I am trying to apply that experience and get myself prepared to buy my first investment. I want to buy a duplex here in Lehigh Acres, FL. I am reading as much as possible about every detail I need to know about regarding investing (financing, finding deals, etc...), and I attended one local REIA meeting. It is overwhelming and sometimes I feel like paralized with so much information. I don't think I can make my first purchase for until three months until I am really prepared. Any suggestions about how to get started. I appreciate it. Thank you. Mairim
