Investing in springfield, Mo. Need advice
Aloha!
I'm a newbie from Maui. I'm interested in investing in Springfield, MO. I spent 5 months there and know a little about the area. I also have a son living there.
I've put offers on two houses only to find that they are in need of major repairs and most likely won't cash flow after repair costs. Owners not willing to come down in price.
Am i going about this backwards? It gets expensive paying for inspections only to walk out on the deal. I also notice houses tend to go pending the day they hit the market. Any advice?
