Thoughts on Home Style loans for buying and holding. BRRRR

Hello,

I'm a newbie in the RE world and I'm just now starting my journey. My goal is to buy and hold single family homes and build a portfolio. Iv been educating myself on the BRRRR method as this seems to make the most sense to me. I'm starting off small.

-I’v owned my home for 6 years

- $150,000 in equity

-$ 30,000 in reserve’s for rehab $

-combined house hold DTI 30%

-699-700 credit score

My question is, “Is the Home Style Loan a good option for what I’m trying to do? I would love to hear some feed back.

Thank you ,

Art Ceballos
