Is getting your license worth it?
Failed licensing attempt.. advice??
So I’m 21 years old and am in the process of getting my real estate license online. I’m going through real estate express.
I’m on the second course and have failed the final exam twice resulting in me having to pay a fee and redo the whole course from the start.
This is pretty discouraging for me. I’m much more interested in investing than being an agent, but I know having my license will help me in the long run.
Has anyone out there tried to get their license but ended up saying “screw this” and not followed through?? Will this make or break my career in real estate?
Thanks for the advice in advance.
