Where do you find Cash Buyers?

I have a small buyers list currently for wholesale properties and flips, but I haven’t built one yet for turn keys.

I’m wondering...

Starting off or even where you are now, what is the most efficient way to find cash buyers ?

I’ve researched many different ways to find them and many tools that help, but I’d like to hear from individuals who are doing it day to day.

There’s so many sources for leads, it’s hard to narrow down which one is the best to invest in.
