Just picked up the excess tax list for my city!!! Hopefully I’m not getting over excited! It contained about 6 pages with each page having about 50 listings! Did a few searches by key number and saw some interesting properties! Some on the list are out of my price range right now as my budget limits me to about $30k to get started! Is that possible? Don’t know but I am definitely about to try it! If you are interested in south Alabama you can connect with me and I will share what I have gathered!
