How to plan your first out of state real estate investment trip

Hi everyone! 

I started listening to biggerpocket podcast a year ago. Happy to report after a few trips to different state, we now have 2 multi-family rental properties in Pittsburgh. Compiled a list of steps to take for planning an out of state investment trip. Enjoy!
