Real Estate Career Suggestions
I know there have been a ton of these posts already but I would really appreciate some input and suggestions. I'm currently looking for a job (wanting to start a career) and hoping I could find something relatable and applicable to real estate investing because I know that's what I love and ultimately want to do full-time at some point. I would really like to find something relatable thats also lucrative just because I want to continue to grow and learn more and more about Real Estate investing. I've got a Business MGT degree and a real estate license. For the past year (since graduating from college) I've been back at home helping my mom manage our family's real estate porfolio, working as a real estate agent part-time, and consistently learning and studying about Real Estate investing. I hate being an agent (partially because the majority of the time I haven't been working with investment property) but have really enjoying helping manage our real estate portfolio. I really like crunching the numbers, finding/putting deals together, and working with our project manager on projects (ie. evaluating potential flips, doing renovations, ect). Unfortunately, it's time for me to move on and I now must go out and find a job/career and am hoping I find something that is relatable to Real Estate investing. I'm currently considering doing the following: Being a Commercial Property Manager, being a Commercial Real Estate Agent, being a Real Estate Acquisitions Analysts or being a Real Estate Development Project Manager ( Or really just any job working for a Developer). I would love some feedback about these careers and any suggestions or recommendation. Thanks!
