Zillow Property Information

Hi Guys, I am very new to flipping. I am looking at some properties and found that the property information on Auction.com and Zillow.com are often conflicting. Curious what sources you using to evaluate a property.

I would definitely recommend that you seek the assistance of a Realtor or an appraiser, because they will be able to give you more accurate evaluation of the homes value - based on comps.

My home appraised for $124,000 when I bought it- the Zestimate said it was worth like $104,000

You'll hear this a lot around here if you stick around, but never trust a Zillow Zestimate for your numbers.
