Hello Bigger pockets community

Hello my BP community. Like most of the community I woke up one day and thought what can I do to progress in life. Real estate for as long as I can remember has always been a career conversation. So I went to YouTube and start watching as much content as I can then was advised to listen to podcasts. Stumbled upon bigger pockets from the first listen I was sold and after about 10 listens here I am excited to get started.
