To refi cash out or not to refi cash out.. that is the question
Hi all!
I currently own a townhome and have about 50-60k in equity.
Should I refi and cash out or not? I would use the money to purchase something else. Either fix or flip or a property where I would eventually live in.
Thoughts and recommendations are welcome.
Thanks!
