Newbie looking to invest in rental property in MD
Hi
I’m new here. I just start learning about investing in rental property right after I bought my first home. So right now I only have $20,000 to work with. I know this might be a silly question but can I start with this much capital? Is it even possible?
I need some expert advice pls
Thank you
