Hello! My name is Anthony, I'm brand new to real estate investing and I'm ready to learn. I'm jumping right into this and trying to read and watch everything I can to help me make informed decisions to mitigate risk. I'm currently in the San Francisco Bay Area and it seems impossible to start out investing here, so I'm looking for out of state investments. I'm looking for any advice on how to get started, how to meet new people in the investing world, and how to start looking for target areas to invest in.
