Newbie looking to learn wholesale in the phoenix area.

Has anyone purchased a wholesaling coarse from clever investor? I'm wanting to start getting involved with real estate but dont know where to begin. I currently live in the Phoenix,Arizona and dont know where to start. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are so many resources available to you since you live in the most competitive wholesale market in the country. Yet the big dogs are surprisingly helpful and have a "rising tide lifts all boats" mentality to sharing their success tips.

Here are my top suggestions:

1) Watch Brent Daniels' awesome videos on YouTube. His program is called TTP, for Talk to People, but you can learn so much before you even think of paying to be part of a program.

2) Same is true of the locally-based podcast Real Estate Disruptors from Steve Trang of Stunning Homes. You can sign up for his monthly Meet Up (also catered) "Monthly Real Estate Disruptors Meetup Hosted by Steve Trang" and learn from and meet wholesaling rock stars. Free to attend.

3) Attend Phoenix REI monthly meetings, next one is on 10/15 at the Arizona Country Club. It's a room filled with some of the most active/successful wholesalers (vs. AZREIA, which is primarily populated with RE investors at all levels). It's free and they treat you to food and a drink. (They used to have paid memberships, but now it's free.) Learn more at phxreia.org.

4) Look into the social media of Sean Terry. He has some great videos, a 3-day workshop and I'm sure a full-on coaching program (although I don't know the details).

5) Check out wholesalinginc.com and their popular podcast...Wholesaling Inc.
