Do you need a llc in each state you wholesale real estate in?

I currently wholesale in PA where my llc is registered, if I wanted to wholesale in another state do I have to start a llc in that state or change my current llc to a foreign llc? Also when I made my current llc I put a address on the llc application if I do need to have a llc in another state or change it to a foreign llc to wholesale in another state how would that work if I don't have an address in that state to put on the application?
