Real estate attorney for FSBO contract Baltimore

Hey I am a newbie investor, and I'm attempting to buy my 2nd deal as a FSBO. Does anyone have recommendations for a reputable real estate attorney in the Baltimore area? This seems like it will be a little more difficult than using a real estate agent, and any other information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your time,

Matt

@Matt Cognetti. I've heard good things about REI Attorney Jason Setty.

He also does Title work.

(I haven't personally used him yet)
