Do banks loan on a property with a manufactured home on it?
I'm looking at buying a property that has a house on a foundation and a double wide that is not on a foundation. Its a cash deal, but was wondering if its possible to refinance it through a bank, even thought the manufactured home is not on a foundation? I'm just wondering everyone's thoughts on this.
