Where do you guys/gals recommend going to get reliable comps ?

Hi my name is Cristhian I have just got started in real estate by driving for dollars, but I don’t know where to get reliable comps for properties that I have seen.

@Cristhian Escobar the best place is the Multiple listing Service MLS. If you don't have access the next best are the public records. Many areas are online. The problem with public records is you don't get pictures like on the MLS.

Last would be website like Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, etc. Their estimated values should only be used as the most crude guide but often they have actual sales date pulled from the public records. Sometimes if you register with the site you can get more data that comes from the MLS. That will vary greatly from site to site and area to area
