Hi hi newbies. My name is MSOOTKAUG, but you can call me Overlord SEO. I remember when I was new to all this and discovered BP. I asked a million questions and some of you were very motivating and always eager to help. So let me try to motivate you now, and hope you take the SEO route as I did!
I just wanted to share a few deals we are finishing up and give you a bit of how to on doing the same.
When I started, I dove into SEO immediately. I did DMM (yuk) for about 3 months before my website started to take over Google. Since then we never did any DMM and we are absolutely getting the best deals.
Hope that this inspires you to pick up a website, stop bothering with door knocking, driving for dollars or bandit signs. Do SEO, and you can do this yourself if you want to), and get to dominating your market the right way. Through a system where luck has nothing to do with it.
We picked up the property for $41,000
We put about $55,00 into it and we listed it for $143,000
We purposely listed it for under market value as we wanted to get a bidding war going.
Well here is what happened:

5 hours on MLS we got an all cash offer over asking price ($150K). Turned out the neighbor was a crazy ^*@_@ and she scared potential buyers away with all sorts of crazy talk about flooding. She got a hold of the buyers inspector and she told him all sorts of crap. Buyer freaked out, she ran.
Back on the market. 1 day later another offer, this time not all cash, but it was again over asking price again 150K. We took it and we closed 2 days ago with a nice little check of delicious profits :)

We are finishing up an other flip as I type this and we just got an offer accepted for $11K on a house with ARV of $175K
