Super Newbie with Interest in Wholesaling

I am currently a grad student and my mother and I discovered Wholesaling on this website. It sounds like a great way to make money but I feel really overwhelmed. I have very little money and insufficient credit. With all these student loans I wouldn't mind paying these off ahead of time. I understand the basics of building a buyers list and finding motivated sellers. But its the in between logistics that have me puzzled.

Where do I get these contracts to give to the sellers?
Should I be working with a realtor?
What about me securing how I get paid?

Are there any notable books or classes that you recommend?
I've already found and joined the Real Estate Investment Club in my area.

Overall my goal is to build some capital with wholesaling and then using that to buy our first property to flip.
