Best Investing Strategy at 55?

I have $500,000 in a LOC on my primary residence. Not wanting to sell it for a number of reasons. I have another $300,000+ property that a family member lives in. Won't sell that one until she no longer needs to live there. It's free and clear but I haven't pulled a LOC on that one. If I do BRRRR's or HOLDS, I'm going to have to collect many doors and quickly to start the passive income flow I desire. If I do flips, I could use the profits to pay off fewer doors and have more per door passive income. If you have already walked this path, what did you do and what did you learn? Thanks!
