Making offers on multiple properties below market w rental or flip potential. Customary to ask for any CC in those offers, too? Appreciate any thoughts.

Depends on what type of market you are in. If you're offering well below list, it is going to be hard to get them to throw in closing costs as it is more money out of their pocket.
