Help.... First contract!!

Hello folks!

I contacted a realtor about a property that is already STI. But, I ask could I be considered for 2nd Option. I have no idea how to put together a realistic contract or what to do next!

I supposed to view the property on Thursday. What should I do next? What should I have prepared?
