Foreign Investor New LLC for Rental Properties
Hi. I am the owner of a mexican company involved in real estate investments.
We just created an LLC in Florida owned by this mexican company with the idea to invest in rental properties. To start, we are considering investing 100K usd to buy a property (cash) and afterwards get a mortgage on it or put it as collateral to get credit for down payments on more rental properties.
Is that possible? Is this the right way to do it?
Any advice on this strategy and others will be very appreciated.
Thanks!
