Finding property for first house flip

I am new to house flipping, I have been interested in the business for around 4-5 years now but never had the courage to go through with it. After talking to an experienced flipper for a little bit I am finally ready to flip my first house and begin a career in the business. I am curious about the best way to find a property for my first house flip. I have an experienced flipper willing to fund the flip, I just have to find a property that has numbers that will work. Thank you!
