suggestions for getting a share of real estate, not whole house?

I am interested in getting exposure to real estate but do not (yet) want to buy an entire property. Has anyone figured out some good solutions? I know there are some online platforms out there, such as Fundrise. Are there any others? REITS just track the stockmarket usually. I am especially interested in land.
