Servicing of Owner Financing, How to?

Hello All!

I have located a property I will be purchasing and the seller is going to owner finance it for me with 20% down and use a fixed financing rate for the term of loan.

I need to find out the best way of setting up the servicing of the financing as to make this easy for this seller and repeatable for me. As I find additional properties I need to have a system in place to use and recommend to sellers for servicing the loans to my company.
