First meeting with a Real Estate investor.

Hello Everyone,

This is my first post to bigger pockets, which may tell you that I am a new student to real estate investing. I have not purchased any properties yet (apart from my personal home we purchased a year ago), but am looking to get started in RE.

I have a plan to work with a long time friend in flipping houses in order to fund rental properties. We both decided that we are going to spend the next year saving up and learning as much as we can before making a purchase. For this process, I have asked my Fiance's coworker (who flips houses in my area full time and works at a hospital part time), if he would like to meet with me to discuss real estate.

I believe this has potential to be a tremendous opportunity to learn from his experiences. I am hoping it goes well enough that we can potentially work together in the future. Now I'm not counting on working with him, but you never know.

Anyway, my reason for posting this is to get some insight on valuable questions to ask him. I have some general questions in mind, but would like to get the most benefit from this meeting as possible. If there are any

Investors that would have advice on this, I would more than appreciate the help.

Thank you,

Derek
