First time invester

Hello everyone,

my name is Shawn Im 31 years old I reside in miami FL, cutler Bay Area and want to start with my first investment deal. My goal is to accumulate cash flow through rentals as well as flip homes if for that particular deal would be a better route. I want to start networking with experienced investors and learn as much as possible , any feed back would be great and I’m looking forward to this journey! Also if any investor in my area does these type of investments I would appreciate some knowledge from you 😁 just to get a better idea of how the market works in my neck of the woods!!
