Hello BP!

Right now I am currently investing in Pennsylvania. I have about 100k liquid cash and purchases 2 properties. Both ran me 87k cost and construction so until I cash out REFI my money is stuck. Im looking to rapidly buy more properties, my question is how can I clear up more capital? (Aside from borrowing from family/friends). I'm looking to heavily invest and utilize the BRRRR Strategy. Anything will help!

Does anyone have an open loan from a bank to use over and over?

If so, I have a 750 credit score and make over 150k per year with no personal mortgages. What do you think I could be approved for? 50k, 75k...100k. Looking for some insight.

Thank you!
