Rental Properties in Downtown Columbus, OH

Hi there - I am looking for information on the rental market in downtown Columbus, OH (Merion Village, Hungarian Village and surrounding areas).  Everything I see has vastly different rental prices.  Looking to purchase a multifamily or single property home for investment purposes.  Looking for a realtor who themselves is knowledgeable in the rental market.  Coming to Columbus soon and would like to meet someone to help look at properties.  Thanks!
