Pre-Foreclosure House Inquiry
So I passed by this home in my town and say it looked very distressed but people seemed to be living there. I google the address and it came up on foreclosure.com with this info saying it's in pre-foreclosure. In my mind once it hit this website it's too late to try and get a deal as many people have probably tried to inquire. I'm new to this so my assumption may not be correct. Any advice on a situation like this? Thanks
