New investor-Detroit Area
I'm a licensed contractor living in the Metro Detroit area. I have 15 years experience remodeling and working for property management companies. I'm finally in the position to pull the trigger on a multi family home. I was wondering if any of the Detroit area investors would be willing to point me in the right direction in regards to what areas of the city I should be focused on? Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
