Financing for an LLC

Hi BP community

I would like some advice on how to start RE investing.

My plan is to invest under an LLC from the start. I know this may be out of the norm, but I currently own another company and want to keep it as safe as possible.

I currently own a home. I owe 90k on my mortgage and the house is worth 180k - 190k. Rent comps are $1500 - $1600 (the goal is to rent the property). Is it possible to have an LLC purchase the home from me for what I owe on the mortgage?
