Hi I’m new to real estate investing I’m 45 years old and have not yet invested in real estate. and live in Charlton MA. Close to Worcester Massachusetts. Looking for a real estate meeting to attend. Currently I’ve been immersing myself into this awesome website and the podcast as well. And learning as much as possible. My next step is real estate meetings/clubs and reaching out to a real estate agent to finally take that big step in letting people know that I will be investing in real estate. I’m interested in rental property’s and like the idea of the brrr system. But feel I need to educate myself more. And do a lot of networking. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
