Pay for a real estate coach

Hi Everyone,

I have recently watched a bigger pocket podcast and I was very inspired by the host. I reached out to let him know how similar we are in our values and what i'm doing to get better in real estate, I just wanted to establish a relationship. He replied with a thank you message. Then later after few hours sent me a message asking if i'm interested in private coaching(30min calls every week). He charges $6000 for 6 months. Is that worth it? or it's an overkill? In my opinion it is an overkill but I wanted to see what the professionals would think.

Thank you for your input.

Just find a good buyers agent in your area and have them guide you. Someone with a local reputation and ask to have the highest cashflow deals in area sent to you. Investing is pretty basic math if it's a good or bad deal at your down payment % you can check on BP calculator there is no need to pay anyone to teach you.
