Wyoming Holding LLC, Clint Coons Attorney, Anderson Legal, Busine

I have inherited four rentals. I am trying to get organized. I am looking to move the properties into LLCs. Have you heard of or has anyone heard of what I call the Wyoming scheme. There is an attorney, Clint Coons, on you You Tube that describes it. Basically it is setting up a Wyoming LLC as a holding company for LLCs holding real estate in other states. Does anyone do this? What do you think of the idea? There seems to be an industry revolving around this in Wyoming. If you google "Wyoming Registered Agent" and/or "Wyoming Nominee" you will find several at various price points. Is this just a scam?
