Philadelphia Investment Property Advice
My partner and I have saved some money over the last few years, and would finally like to make good use of our savings. We're both 27 y/o New-York based attorneys with very little experience in real-estate, but a firm commitment to moving to Philadelphia in the next 3-5 years. We would like to spend no more than $150K on property plus construction/renovations. Willing to take risks.
We have been meeting with realtors and have done extensive research on zip codes, but having a hard time given how stratified the properties are (i.e. one street would secure a high return on investment, and the neighboring block is still far from attracting healthy investments). Advice on specific neighborhoods, regions, and zip codes and renovations would be extremely helpful!
